The Challenge

I, alongside many of my creative friends, am constantly coming up with new ideas. The hard part was never brainstorming, but following through with bringing the creative ideas to life.

Somewhere between designing graphics and planning my first twitch stream, I realized I wasn't actually researching streaming, but I was researching how creative people stay motivated, organize dozens of interests, avoid burnout, and keep showing up.

The Question

Can thoughtful interaction design create enough structure that creativity becomes habitual?

The Solution

Design a comprehensive creative ecosystem that transforms scattered ideas into a cohesive, repeatable system for creating, sharing, and growing meaningful work.

The Principals

Every stream, project, and conversation should leave people feeling like they discovered something worth keeping— whether that's a new game, a design insight, a creative technique, or simply a cozy place to spend their evening. Growth doesn't have to be loud; sometimes the best things happen quietly, beneath the surface.

The Identity Introduction

It ties together your the Worm_Fertilizer name, The Garden, The Worm Tunnels, The Catacombs, the design process, art, streams, and the community (all without ever feeling like a gimmick.). It's the kind of line that can quietly sit in your website footer, your about page, or even your stream intro and still feel meaningful years from now.

The Experience

The Worm_Fertilizer community is built on the idea that creativity grows through participation.

Viewers are invited to contribute ideas, offer feedback, and celebrate the creative process alongside the finished work. Every stream, product launch, and discussion is an opportunity to cultivate a collaborative environment where curiosity is rewarded and every member has the chance to help shape what comes next. “Created together, Available tomorrow.

The Catacombs community

The Catacombs is a free members club designed to reward curiosity and foster a deeper connection with the brand. Rather than functioning as a traditional newsletter, it serves as an invitation to explore content and opportunities hidden beneath the surface.

Members receive:

  • Early access to new artwork and product launches.

  • Exclusive coupon codes and seasonal discounts.

  • First looks at works in progress.

  • Behind-the-scenes updates and creative process content.

  • Invitations to community events and design collaborations.

  • Access to exclusive discussion spaces and archival content.

  • Curated emails featuring upcoming projects, product drops, and studio updates.

Future Work: Social Media & Content Strategy

The goal is to build a direct relationship with the community through meaningful, value-driven communication alongside promotional materials for sales and new drops.

Takeaway

Can thoughtful interaction design create enough structure that creativity becomes habitual? This project explores the connection between interaction design, blended experiences, and structure to create a cohesive digital and physical space.
